Refund policy

Athlete Tea Company is dedicated to providing only the highest quality products and your experience is important to us. If you feel the quality of our products is not up to your expectations, please contact our customer service within 30 days of your order date. We do not honor returns, exchanges or refunds if the issue is a matter of personal taste preference but do honor replacements or refunds for quality issues. Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once your return is received, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
